Figos Camps Terms and Conditions: 

1. In order to participate in Figos camps, you must be at least 18 years of age.  Although there is no age limit, we recommend our camp for the age of 24 years and older. All participants agree to follow Figos Camps terms and conditions.

2. You should book your place in Figos camp online by completing a booking form. You can pay by credit/debit card or Paypal. All payments will be taken in euros (EUR). In order to secure your booking, you can pay a 200 EUR deposit or pay in full. Full payment must be made 30 days prior your camp starts. Once we have received your payment, we will be in contact with you to help you with anything else you may need. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to your camp start date, cancellation is assumed and your deposit is non-refundable.

3. If you need to cancel your booking, you will need to notify us by email 30 days prior your camp start date. Cancellation fee is 200 EUR. For cancellations less than 30 days prior your camp start date full payment will be lost.

No cancellation fees will be waived as a result of:

- Injury or sickness

- Delayed, rescheduled or missed flights. 

- Climatic, social or political issues.

4. In the event that we do not receive the minimum number of bookings to organize the camp, we will inform you 14 days prior your camp start date and will give you a full refund or you can participate in a camp with a different start date. However, you shall not be entitled to make any claim for loss as a consequence of cancellation in these circumstances.

5. Figos will not be held responsible or compensate flight delays that may affect your participation in Figos camp.

6. When attending Figos camp you assume full responsibility of the participation of the event, assuming the inherent risks of the practice of the outdoor sports and activities, transportation, physical exercise and the outcome of the program experiences. Therefore travel insurance is compulsory to participate in the Figos camp program. Figos is not liable for non-compliance to this and the participant accepts all responsibility for obtaining travel insurance required for the holiday and the activities you wish to do while in camp.

7. In the event of weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we can change our program for your best experience. If we are unable to offer a particular activity, we will replace it with a different activity of equal or greater value. Under no circumstances, we will be liable to full or partial refunds as a result of necessary changes.

8. Your Payment is 100% secure when purchasing from Figos as your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology.

9. By participating in Figos Camps you consent to us using images/video of you, taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any format we choose. You grant us all rights to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

10. Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of a trip or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers or other suppliers to enable us to organize the camp program. We won’t give your personal information to anyone else unless it’s for a necessary, legitimate reason.

11. All camp participants agree to follow respectful principles and rules:

• I commit to respect other participants and not to judge anyone’s opinion, views or habits and keep everything we share during the program confidential only in the circle of the participants.

• I commit to inform Figos team about any health issues I have, pregnancy, allergies, eating habits and any other facts that might affect stay in the camp. I understand that I’m fully responsible for my own health, safety, and personal belongings. I agree to cover losses if they arise because of my fault.

• During the camp, I commit not to use heavy alcohol drinking, drugs or other narcotics and I understand that breaching this rule will lead to me leaving the camp.

• I unconditionally agree to follow the rules of the camp set by Figos team and respect their job.

12. We want everyone to have an amazing experience during the camp and Figos organizers will be there to make sure you do. We ask everyone to comply with the authority & decisions as well as abiding by and respecting local laws and customs. We reserve the right to ask anyone who is deliberately not complying, or causing trouble, to leave the camp. In the event you are asked to leave the camp no refund will be given and you will have no claim against Figos.
